1. Definitions

“Website” — the Untrum site where goods / clothing are offered.
“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our” — Untrum, the owner and operator of the website.
“Client”, “you”, “your” — any individual who visits the website or places an order.
“Goods” — clothing, pajamas and accessories offered on the website.
“Order” — a purchase placed through the cart and checkout process.

2.1. These terms govern your use of the website and the purchase of goods / clothing. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.

2.2. These terms form part of the contract between the client and the company. If you do not agree with the terms, do not use the website.

5. Account, Registration and Security

5.1. Registration on the website is voluntary. When creating an account, you are responsible for keeping your data secure and for all actions performed under your account.

5.2. When registering or placing an order, you must provide accurate information. The company is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect data.

6. Order Placement and Contract Formation

6.1. The order placement process is as follows: selecting a product → adding it to the cart → proceeding to checkout → providing delivery address and payment method → confirming the order.

6.2. After placing an order, the customer receives an automatic email confirming that the company has received the order. This message is not an acceptance and does not constitute a purchase agreement. The contract is considered concluded once the company confirms the order or actually ships the goods to the customer.

6.3. The company reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order if the product is unavailable, if an error in the price or description is detected, if fraudulent activity is suspected, or if payment issues arise.

6.4. The customer may cancel an order before it is shipped if it was placed by mistake, duplicated, or is no longer needed. To do so, the customer must contact customer support as soon as possible. The company may refuse cancellation if the order has already been handed over for shipping.

7. Prices, Taxes and Currency

7.1. All prices are listed on product pages.
7.2. Prices include taxes applicable in Ukraine.
7.3. Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes or fees in the destination country. These are not included in the product price.
7.4. In case of a pricing error after an order is placed, the company will notify you and offer to proceed at the corrected price or cancel the order.

8. Payment

8.1. Payments are processed through integrated payment providers.
8.2. Full card details are not stored; processing is secure and compliant with security standards.
8.3. By placing an order, you consent to the withdrawal of funds from your selected payment method. Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

9. Delivery, Ownership and Risks

9.1. Delivery cost and estimated delivery time are shown at checkout. Times are approximate and not guaranteed.
9.2. Ownership and risk transfer to the client upon physical delivery to the client or a third party designated by the client.
9.3. In case of delay or loss by the carrier, liability is limited to the carrier’s terms.

10. Availability, Descriptions and Images

10.1. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accurate descriptions, images and specifications. Minor differences in color, texture or size may occur.
10.2. The company is not liable for minor deviations unless separately guaranteed.

11. Cancellation, Returns, Exchanges and Warranty

11.1. Returns in Ukraine: according to Ukrainian law, customers may return or exchange goods within 14 calendar days from receipt, provided the product retains its original appearance, consumer properties, labels and receipt.

11.2. EU customer rights: if you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase and return the product within 14 days without giving a reason.

11.3. Returns or exchanges: within 72 hours after receiving the goods, you must send us a photo of the item at untrum.team@gmail.com for return or exchange. All details are provided in the delivery and return policy.

11.4. Return shipping costs: if returning the item at the customer’s request, return shipping is paid by the customer. In case of defective or incorrectly delivered goods, the company covers the return costs.

11.5. Refund timeframe: refunds are issued after the goods are received and inspected. The time for funds to appear depends on the bank and payment system.

11.6. How to return: contact us at untrum.team@gmail.com, provide the order number, reason for return and photos (if applicable). We will send instructions and the return address.

12. Promotions, Discounts and Gift Cards

Promo codes and gift cards are subject to the terms of each promotion. Unused codes or discounts cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by law.

13. Intellectual Property

13.1. All content on the website (texts, images, logos, designs) belongs to the company or is licensed to it and is protected by copyright.
13.2. No rights are granted to copy, reproduce or use materials without written permission.

14. Reviews and User Content

14.1. By submitting a review or other content, you grant the company a worldwide, free, transferable, sublicensable, perpetual license to use, publish, adapt, and display this content for marketing and other legitimate business purposes.

14.2. You guarantee that you own the submitted content and that it does not infringe the rights of third parties or contain illegal materials.

Clients may not:

18. Force Majeure

The company is not liable for delays or failure to perform obligations caused by force majeure circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including war, strikes, natural disasters, technical failures, internet or payment system outages, and actions or decisions of government authorities. In such cases, obligations may be extended for the duration of the circumstances without penalties.

19. Suspension and Termination

The company may restrict or terminate access to the website or an account in case of violation of these terms or suspicion of fraud.

20. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine.

If you are a consumer outside Ukraine, the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country may apply and take priority.

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
